Digital Marketing Specialist

Pantone LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary or X-Rite Incorporated, a Danaher company, is seeking an experienced Digitall Marketing Specialist to manage all email marketing campaigns for pantone.com.

Candidates will be responsible for production of all email marketing campaigns, from content creation to execution. They will also report on the performance of each email and serve as a resource when planning campaigns that drive traffic or revenue.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Email Marketing calendar and oversee production schedules for global campaigns.
  • Establish and ensure adherence to email marketing “user experience” best practices encompassing design, content and functionality. Drive execution of engaging subject lines, copy, and calls to action and effective cadence/frequency of sends.
  • Work with stakeholders and production team throughout entire campaign cycle.
  • Manage all consumer email marketing projects and the mail queue.
  • Enforce production process, quality standards and unsubscribe procedures.
  • Document performance and report on effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Edit email copy and proofread deliverables.
  • Test email templates and sample mailing.
  • Work with global marketing team to source content and implement translations.
  • Introduce best practices for email including: responsive design, legal/can-spam, deliverability.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Outstanding English language communication skills: written and verbal.
  • Mastery of MS Office applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and email marketing metrics.
  • Ability to resize or crop images in Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of trends in web design and content.
  • Familiarity with Automated email marketing tools (i.e.: Marketo, Bronto).

Bonus Skills:

  • Web copywriting and content creation.
  • Experience managing PPC, SEO or web advertising campaigns.
  • Direct marketing experience.
  • Agency experience a plus.
  • Subscription service marketing.
  • Experience with social media and social media marketing.
  • HTML or web development tools.
  • Exact Target & Salesforce experience.

Reporting Relationships:

This position will report directly to the Director of Pantone Digital Marketing and will have a dotted line relationship to the Digital Marketing CRM Manager.

Direct Tele-Salesperson

Pantone LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary or X-Rite Incorporated, a Danaher company, is seeking an experienced Direct Salesperson (primarily telesales) in our Carlstadt, NJ office.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating sales via phone, email, trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in a geographic and/or vertical market territory.
  • Use Cross/up selling techniques.
  • Manage sales forecast and funnel through Salesforce.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, including identifying prospects, cold calling and customer relationship management.
  • Highly motivated, with a proven track record of strong sales growth.
  • Comfortable selling to large accounts, senior managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and carry multiple projects through to completion.

E-commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist – North America

Pantone LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of X-Rite Incorporated, a Danaher Company, is looking for an experienced web professional to support ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives on pantone.com. We are looking for process-minded individuals with strong design sensibilities and an eye for color.


Responsibilities:

  • Create written project and marketing plans and work with stakeholders to execute.
  • Define success criteria and key performance indicators for campaigns.
  • Work with product managers and sales teams to merchandise the site(s) and create sales promotions.
  • Measure and track site performance according to global standards. Provide documentation and analysis of all KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Add/Modify product and promotional content on web sites via Magento ecommerce platform.
  • Work with digital team to define standards and procedures for site maintenance and updates.
  • Work with international web managers to adapt promotions and content to European and Asian markets.
  • Plan and manage email marketing and social media campaigns to drive awareness.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing a high-traffic web site for major brands online.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics and proficiency using Google Analytics.
  • Knowledgeable of digital marketing fundamentals including: Pay Per Click, Email Marketing, Social Media and SEO.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Knowledgeable of current trends in digital media and the web.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and tasks.
  • Understanding of web technology.
  • Experience with Magento platform.
  • Ability to crop, resize and scale images for use on the web using Adobe Photoshop.

Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud and Chatter Specialist

Worldwide Salesforce.com X-Rite/Pantone support

Pantone LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary or X-Rite Incorporated, a Danaher company, is seeking an experienced Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud and Chatter Specialist in our Carlstadt, NJ office.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Support Marketing Project and Component objects in Salesforce.com including but not limited to configuration, validation rules, workflow rules, configuration documentation, dashboards and reports.
  • Support corporate Chatter initiatives and deployment in collaboration with X-Rite’s Salesforce.com Administrators.
  • Responsible for staying current on Salesforce.com product releases as they apply to Chatter and Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with X-Rite’s Salesforce.com Administrators on new product releases, best practices and business process definition to develop new CRM training materials and programs.
  • Collaborate with X-Rite’s Salesforce.com Administrators to review and adjust CRM training programs to ensure relevant, accurate and up to date information is always presented.
  • Expected duties include configuration documentation.
  • Participation in Salesforce.com administrative support queue for internal support routing and case resolution of X-Rite Salesforce.com users.
  • Speak to groups of employees, interpersonally with individuals and report to management.
  • Communicating information plainly and have strong social skills to be able to deal with a diverse mix of personalities, cultures and time zones.

Required job qualifications:

  • Strong competency in verbal and written English.
  • 3 or more years demonstrated user experience as Salesforce.com Administrator with concentration in Chatter or Marketing Cloud.
  • 2 or more years demonstrated user experience with an online CRM management system.
  • Ability to work on many different projects simultaneously; often with changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to details.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.

Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

  • Physically pick/pack/process all customer orders in a fast paced environment meeting /exceeding customers expectations
  • Process shipments via UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL and USPS systems.
  • Prepare import/export documentation in accordance with custom rules/regulations.
  • Process all incoming shipments/materials.
  • Physically locate all of the materials.
  • Assist in cycle counting.
  • Have a strong attention to detail.

Technical Specialist

Pantone has been the world leader in color communication and specification for almost fifty years. Pantone’s products and services are used by designers and manufacturers in many industries – from graphic design and print to apparel and product design – to ensure accurate color from inspiration to realization.

Pantone is currently looking for a Technical Specialist to manage the large volume of Pantone color data that is used for quality assurance of Pantone color reference publications and also by internal software and color measurement device R & D teams as well as Pantone industry partners and licensees. The candidate must have an understanding of color science and color measurement processes. The candidate should have a strong a background in statistical analysis.


The Technical Specialist is expected to:

  • The operation and establishment and maintenance of processes for the acquisition of color data through use of spectrophotometers and specialized software tools. Create metrics, best practices and processes for color measurement to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Development of databases and the organization of associated databases.
  • Provides support for Pantone licensing programs for software and color output devices.
  • Works closely with X-Rite R&D, QA and Support teams to provide technical support for the use of Pantone color data in a variety of applications and devices.
  • Works with Pantone print production team for QA of existing products as well as new products under development.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Work well in a Professional service driven department.

  • Demonstrate an Understand prepress and press color production.
  • Demonstrate a Strong knowledge and understanding of color management workflows and solutions.
  • Demonstrate Strong knowledge of RIP and inkjet digital printing.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Esko workflow knowledge as bonus.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Minimum degree required is a B.S. in color science, printing or other related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years practical experience with digital print solutions.
  • Expertise in the use, and maintenance, and best practices of color measurement devices.
  • Strong skills with Excel and demonstrated ability to write macros and code to perform statistical analysis. Matlab experience is a bonus.
  • Experience with X-Rite iQC or ColorCert and IFS software is important.
