We will always try to let you know if an item is out of stock when you place your order.
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Actual shipping time depends on the courier service selected for the country of destination. Normally it can take, 4 to 7 business days for you to receive your order from the time you place it.
We can only ship to addresses within the EU.

How can I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange a product, please contact: pantoneorders@pantone.com, Telephone: (+1) 800 2222 1149. Then you will need to return the product to us. Items must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging. We will replace, exchange or refund your purchase price at your request.
Pantone/X-Rite products have minimum system or configuration requirements, which are stated with the product description. If you are unsure of what these are, you should contact us, prior to purchase, since we do not take back, for refund or exchange, any opened items that are suitable for the purpose intended. Unless we are specifically asked about requirements or compatibility, we shall assume the customer is aware of what these are. No products are supplied on a trial basis.
Pantone/X-Rite products are covered by manufacturer's warranty of 1 year from date of purchase. Pantone will replace the product if it is defective but it is the customer's responsibility to return the defective product back to us, shipping pre-paid.
